Mayor who was refugee from Liberia plans run for US Senate

Helena Mayor Wilmot Collins, a refugee from Liberia who became the first black mayor in the state, announced Monday he is seeking the Democratic nomination for the U.S. Senate seat held by Republican Steve Daines.
